How Our Pest Control Service Work

Your service has been formulated to deliver incredible service to you at very competitive prices and to respond in a timely manner to your additional pest control services needs.

• Your pest control service needs and options are first discussed and formulated with the help of our highly qualified licensed staff and payment plans are discussed.

• You receive your initial (first) service and second service based on what is agreed upon. The Service Agreements that offer discounts with a warranty is automatically renewed as they mature at the same control price unless altered in writing.

• Thereafter, we service your property on specific months marked on your service agreement, as instructed in writing (most often and exterior service without appointment). Additionally, we respond to your call for a request for additional service, at no additional charge, if insects contracted for return before we are scheduled to!

• Services are due and payable on the day services are rendered and we make it convenient for you to pay for the service in a timely manner. Additional warranty services are performed without charge.

• We are geared to respond to your call and are otherwise busy performing needed services for our valued customers.  THEREFORE, we hope and expect you to give us a call and let us know if the pests are getting out of control. WE NEED YOUR INPUT when the insects outperform us for the moment! We will respond with vigor!!!

• We are licensed with California Structural Pest Control Control Board.

• Separately and additionally:

• We have a very fine termite control division and offer our pest control Customers discounted and warranty services second to none!
• We have qualified personnel who are also active in performing weed control services with free estimates given upon request.
